HOLD A MOMENT was developed by event photographers with 18 years of experience. The concept is simple: every guest is your photographer! Everyone has a unique perspective – you get rich documentation, guests enjoy participating, and we provide the platform.
HOLD A MOMENT works globally for all types of events! We have clients from all over the world, including Europe, USA, China, Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
Yes! We provide email support to all users and usually respond within a few hours during business hours. In addition, the Premium package includes a personal support option available at any time.
Easily! Guests scan a QR code or click a link to access the event page. From there, they can upload photos instantly directly from their camera or phone gallery. No need to download an app or create an account.
Yes! You can download all photos after the event. For paid events, you can download Full HD photos (in original resolution, up to 50MB and 100 megapixels per photo). Photo availability and retention duration vary by package. (Note: Bulk download is not available in the Free package).
Photos can be displayed on screens and projectors at the venue. This depends on the equipment available at the venue, so it is recommended to check with the venue before the event if the required equipment (internet connection and screens) is available.
Each guest can choose how the photo gallery is displayed for them. Additionally, if you are displaying the gallery on a large screen during the event, it is recommended to choose "Slideshow" mode. New photos will appear on the screen immediately after upload.
Guest photos are saved in high resolution and original quality (depending on the camera device), to ensure your memories are preserved in the best quality.
The package is open for use for 24 hours, where you choose the exact start time. If you need more time, contact us and we will be happy to extend the event duration for you.

iPhone (Safari):
1. Open Safari browser (Required).
2. Go to the website page.
3. Click the Share button (square with arrow up).
4. Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen".
5. Name the app and click "Add".
Android (Chrome):
1. Open Chrome browser.
2. Go to the website page.
3. Click the three dots in the top corner.
4. Select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen".
5. Confirm installation.
