Yes! We provide email support to all users and typically respond within a few hours during business hours. Additionally, Premium packages offer the option to purchase personal support available at any time.
It’s simple. Guests scan a QR code or click a link to access your event page. From there, they can upload photos instantly from their camera or phone gallery—no app download or account creation required.
Yes! You can download all photos after your event. For paid events, photos can be downloaded in Full HD (original resolution, up to 50MB and 100MP per photo). Photo availability and storage duration vary based on the package selected. (Note: Bulk download is not available in the free package).
Photos can be displayed on screens and projectors at the venue. This depends on whether the venue has the necessary equipment. We recommend checking with your venue beforehand to ensure they have compatible screens and internet connectivity.
Every guest can choose how they view the photo gallery on their device. Additionally, if you are displaying the gallery on a screen during the event, you can select "Slideshow" mode. New photos will appear on the screen immediately after they are uploaded.
Guest photos are saved in high resolution (original quality), ensuring your memories are preserved in the best possible quality.
The package is active for 24 hours, and you get to choose the exact start time. If you need the event to stay open longer, please contact us and we can extend the duration for long-running events.
You can easily save Hold a Moment as an app on your mobile device: iPhone (Safari): 1. Open Safari browser (required). 2. Navigate to the website. 3. Tap the Share button (square with an upward arrow). 4. Scroll down and select "Add to Home Screen". 5. Name the app and tap "Add". Android (Chrome): 1. Open Chrome browser. 2. Navigate to the website. 3. Tap the three dots (menu) in the top corner. 4. Select "Install app" or "Add to Home Screen". 5. Confirm the installation.
